8. Здесь не уверен, давно было дело.
1. Пипец, бл..ь! Непереводимый речетатив это называется. Насколько я понял, это переводится как "Плановая экономика, будучи важной частью социалистической системы, частными предприятиями сведена к минимуму". Тада должно быть: "The central planning, being the important part of the socialist system, has been reduced to minimum by private enterprises". Тем не менее, это Absolute Participle Construction.
2. Законы относятся к экономическим условиям, принятых в обществе. Subjective Infinitive Construction
3. Британское правительство заставило Национальный Совет по Развитию Экономики установить цели перед национальным производителем (или как он там по научному?). Objective Construction.
