I have problem samara dont charge batery . But control light dont lighting, cable to batery is OK, alternator I was changed before few month, and excitation power on alternator is on.

Check voltage immediately at battery when engine is on, must be 14 +- 0,8 volt. Its very impotant.
May be poor battery, low level of electrolyte - check him.

when is engine off, voltmeter indicate 16,5 volts / when is engine on shows more then 17 ? but hand of indicator on panel is in red field and when i start engine, its dont move up :/

BTW: funny story yesterday i was said that dandy from floor above me, then hi is fucked stupid (cos he flown my flat)... and today i was detect, then he is owner of local BMW seller company )

I think that you need check your multimetr. Its very strange. Usualy voltage dont be larger than 15 volts. But i think that your alternator run correctly. May be trouble whith wiring or battery?

HELP ! I still have problem with charge, at last i was exchange charge bulb in panel (but old one is OK), and i was check connectors to panel and in electro switchgear box, but problem still exist.
